Finalize registration

You can now finalize your registration by validating the general conditions and printing the form.

 

You must sign it and attach the following documents:

  • Physical personn(s) :
    1. Form of ID for all signatories
    2. Residence permit for all signatories who are foreign nationals
    3. Recent salary statement(s) or last 3 pay slips for all signatories
    4. Recent proof of no debt enforcements or certificates of loss (less than 3 months) for all signatories
    5. Letter of recommendation
  • Society:
    1. Extract from the Trade Register
    2. Form of ID for all signatories
    3. Residence permit for all signatories who are foreign nationals
    4. Recent proof of no debt enforcements or certificates of loss (less than 3 months) for all signatories
    5. Latest balance sheet and profit and loss account (document drawn up by a trustee)
    6. Company’s last full tax assessment (front and back)
    7. If you are setting up a company: presentation of the structure/company or business plan

For each lease signed, an amount will be billed to you for processing your tenant application:

  • Accommodation: CHF 130.- + TVA
  • Parking: CHF 70.- + TVA
  • Commercial permises: From CHF 70 to CHF 130.- + TVA

If your application is accepted and you withdraw, you will be charged an amount to cover the cost of drawing up the lease, financial checks, and other activities we perform in the course of processing your application

  • Accommodation: CHF 200.- + TVA
  • Parking: CHF 100.- + TVA
  • Commercial permises: CHF 200.- + TVA
