You must sign it and attach the following documents:

Form of ID for all signatories
Residence permit for all signatories who are foreign nationals
Recent salary statement(s) or last 3 pay slips for all signatories
Recent proof of no debt enforcements or certificates of loss (less than 3 months) for all signatories
Letter of recommendation

For each lease signed, an amount will be billed to you for processing your tenant application:

Accommodation: CHF 130.- + TVA
Parking: CHF 70.- + TVA
Commercial permises: From CHF 70 to CHF 130.- + TVA

If your application is accepted and you withdraw, you will be charged an amount to cover the cost of drawing up the lease, financial checks, and other activities we perform in the course of processing your application

Accommodation: CHF 200.- + TVA
Parking: CHF 100.- + TVA
Commercial permises: CHF 200.- + TVA

In the event of late cancellation, two week’s rent may be claimed to cover the loss of income suffered by the owner of the building.
