You want to be sure you’re protected against any legal issues and that your rights are preserved. Our legal department takes your cares away with six main services:
Work with
all our departments to pre-empt problems and avoid lawsuits; Help departments to draw up all legal documents;
Process
recoveries, lease terminations, and evacuations;
Handle
any lawsuits, suggest and negotiate solutions that take into account the interests of all parties;
Represent you
at the Conciliation Board for matters involving leases and rent;
Guide
support, and represent you during procedures in other jurisdictions, such as the Court for Tenancy Matters;
Training of
our agents so they can give you the best possible advice.
